Our client is a global Advertising and Communications company who are looking for an Advisor to join their **Employee Relations** team for a 6 month contract.
As the ER Advisor you will be working with a supportive team, reporting to the ER Business Partner. Your role will be to provide focused employee-centric advice to HR, managers, and team leaders by coaching them on general operational issues such as terms andconditions of service, sickness absence, performance management, disciplinary, grievances, engagement, employee well being and diversity and inclusion. You will also be looking at reviewing policies and procedures and providing excellent advice and supporton these.**Duties**:

- Act as first point of contact for employees and managers for HR related queries
- Work closely with ER Business Partner on employee relation issues, provide advice and guidance to managers on day-to-day ER issues
- Work with the ER Business Partners to help manage HR policy and practice, make recommendations in line with changes in legislation and best practice
- Embed change initiatives and help to influence change across the business
- Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Broad and relevant knowledge of employment legislation and labour law
- Exposure to employee relations cases
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
- A desire to improve and look for opportunities to streamline processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This ER Advisor role is a 6 month FTC paying £28-32k DOE.
