Clinical Deputy Nurse Manager

Salary: £51,000 per annum

40 hours per week, clinical and supernumerary hours

As a Clinical Deputy Nurse Manager will play a vital role in providing leadership, direction, and support to the nursing staff while ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for our client's Nursing Home. The home provides a range of care service to Older Adults including general nursing, dementia and palliative care.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse with either RGN or RMN qualification, with a valid UK NMC Pin
  • Proven experience in a Deputy Nurse Manager role, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and best practices

As the Clinical Deputy Nurse Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Providing clinical guidance and support to the nursing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of individualized care plans to meet patients' specific needs
  • Overseeing and evaluating the delivery of patient care to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient well-being and safety
  • Actively supporting the Nurse Manager in day-to-day operations, decision-making, and strategic planning
  • Acting as a mentor and role model for nursing staff by providing ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities
