Overview

Fresh off the back of a number of years of growth within our Pension administration business, and following the acquisition and continuing integration into Gallagher, we're looking to recruit a Client Relationship Manager; to support our Client Executive teams in managing the relationships between us, our administration teams and our clients. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Pension scheme administration (specifically, Defined Benefit scheme administration) with some exposure to client-facing work, who wants to continue down this path of relationship management We're flexible in terms of location. We have teams in Ipswich, Manchester, Edinburgh and Bristol, and ideally you'd be comfortable travelling to these sites - and to client meetings - on a somewhat frequent basis. In terms of the role, the buy-line is "To develop and lead relationships for clients, fostering strong partnerships and improving client satisfaction and experience. Identifying and developing growth and cross-selling opportunities by aligning capability of Pensions Operations or wider Gallagher where appropriate with client needs." How you'll make an impact Managing relationships with designated portfolio of clients, working with Pensions Operations to ensure that service delivery meets client expectations and identified opportunities are delivered to clients with clear and mutually agreed plans. Ensure all clients have account plans that are regularly reviewed to identify further opportunities. To hold, meet and where possible exceed satisfaction, revenue and growth targets, including ensuring invoices in dispute are actively managed through to settlement. Supporting Pensions Operations through active and accountable client management, communicating operational changes to clients, owning the communication and oversight of client account plans, opportunities, recovery plans etc. Ensure escalation and governance structure is adhered to and relevant stakeholders are kept informed of issues. Act as the point of contact for Executive Account Managers and Consultants for full-service clients, where appropriate. Compliance with the client retention strategy and Client at Risk framework. About you APMI or qualified by experience.
