Position Overview
We are in search of a Client Relationship Manager to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will oversee the comprehensive service and experience for a designated group of clients. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, managing, and reporting on service level agreement (SLA) deviations, orchestrating service enhancement initiatives, and spearheading ongoing change requests related to our offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Take the lead and ensure accountability for client service and experience
- Monitor, manage, and report on SLA deviations
- Facilitate service enhancement initiatives and take ownership of improvement strategies
- Document and track issues and challenges pertinent to clients
Qualifications
- Exceptional analytical skills for complex data interpretation
- Demonstrated experience in relationship management and conflict resolution
- Capability to collaborate with senior leadership
- Proficient in Excel and other Windows-based applications
