Your Role
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your expertise will be crucial in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete service experience for a designated group of clients.
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and implement service improvement plans as necessary.
- Coordinate and facilitate service enhancement initiatives, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Conduct thorough analyses of major incidents and communicate findings to clients and internal stakeholders promptly.
- Track and report on client-related issues, providing insightful updates to stakeholders and driving continuous improvement efforts.
- Lead regular service review meetings, documenting actions and reporting performance metrics to clients.
- Manage in-life change requests, assessing impacts and coordinating implementation across the organization.
