Join Marsh McLennan Companies as a Client Relationship Manager. This role is ideal for individuals eager to advance their careers within a dynamic team environment.

We are on the lookout for a knowledgeable Client Relationship Manager to engage with a diverse range of sports clients, including professional football organizations, sports associations, golf and cricket clubs, and potentially media and entertainment sectors.

As part of our dedicated team of insurance specialists, you will manage new business initiatives, oversee renewals, and provide vital support to your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with sports clients to address their service needs and insurance requirements, fostering robust relationships to achieve outstanding service and brokering outcomes.
  • Prioritize client satisfaction by cultivating strong connections and leveraging your technical expertise to ensure client retention.
  • Promptly and accurately handle client instructions and requirements, maintaining transparent communication through detailed reports and summaries.

Qualifications:

  • Experience within the insurance sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ACII or equivalent qualification.
  • A passion for sports along with prior experience in insurance sales.
  • A quality-driven mindset, resilience, and a track record in business development.
