Are you ready to take your HR career to the next level? We are currently recruiting for a dynamic, tenacious, and enthusiastic People & Culture Business Partner to join our expanding business and exceptional team

What You’ll Do:

Champion our business and people objectives across the Global Energy Group Portfolio.Handle all things HR: providing advice and managing the administration of the employee lifecycle (e.g., absence management, flexible working, family leave and contractual creation or changes), manage employee relation cases, change management, project delivery, and moreBe part of the implementation of new people initiatives and work on exciting projects.Support our team’s training and development function by helping to create and deliver training to our employees and managers.Report to our Senior People & Culture Business Partner.
