Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for our organizational and personnel goals across the Global Energy Group Portfolio.
  • Oversee all HR functions: offering guidance and managing the administration of the employee lifecycle (including absence management, flexible working arrangements, family leave, and contract modifications), addressing employee relations matters, managing change, executing projects, and more.
  • Contribute to the rollout of innovative people initiatives and engage in exciting projects.
  • Assist in our team's training and development efforts by helping to design and deliver training programs for our employees and managers.
  • Report directly to our Senior Human Resources and Culture Partner.

Ideal Candidates Should Have:

  • CIPD qualification is preferred.
  • A degree in Human Resource Management is advantageous.
  • Most importantly – a positive attitude and the ability to demonstrate your relevant experience; we welcome applicants with suitable HR experience from any industry or sector, as your skills are transferable.
