DNA Recruit is proud to be working in partnership with this leading London Events Venue who are looking for a hugely talented Event Manager to join their growing team.

This is an incredible opportunity to work within a large scale world-renowned venue and requires someone who has worked on large footfall events within a visitor attraction, immersive events or corporate events venue.

The Role:
The Event Manager ensures the success, customer satisfaction, and rebooking of events. Flexibility with work hours and on-site presence during key events is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the central point of contact for event information.
  • Pre-plan, manage, and operate events of various sizes.
  • Manage operational and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and OH&S legislation.
  • Follow up on post-event feedback.
  • Client Management/Customer Satisfaction:
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Set and manage timelines and priorities.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on service providers.
  • Conduct presentations and site tours.
  • Maximize event services revenue.
  • Maintain and understand financial aspects of events.
  • Reconcile service orders post-event and facilitate final invoicing.
  • Support team members as needed.
  • Participate in department meetings and suggest service improvements.
  • Produce pre and post-show reports, financial reports, and other management reports.
Requirements:
  • Self-motivated and resilient in difficult situations.
  • Results-focused with excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong relationship builder and problem solver.
  • Knowledge of events-related health and safety legislation and technical drawings.
  • High computer literacy and effective report writing skills.
  • Previous experience Event Management specifically managing large footfall events.
