Key Responsibilities:
- Manage initial inquiries from clients through various communication channels.
- Promote in-house events and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Network with corporate entities to facilitate the sale of event packages.
- Oversee the planning and operational details of weddings, events, and conferences, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Guide clients through their planning journey, providing timely and professional responses.
- Prepare booking packs and ensure all contracts are signed and returned.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure accurate food orders and accommodate dietary needs.
- Ensure seamless execution of events, maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Document and report on each event, noting any challenges and areas for improvement.
- Manage the venue daily, ensuring it is prepared for events and secured at the end of the day.
- Conduct Food Safety and Health & Safety checks to ensure compliance.
- Organize tasting events and open days, collaborating with suppliers to inspire clients.
- Work with senior management to develop innovative events.
- Collaborate with recommended suppliers for marketing content creation.
- Utilize IT skills, including Microsoft Office and event management software.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Exhibit creativity and effective risk management skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event management.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Independent means of transportation is essential due to the venue's location.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility for shifts including evenings and weekends.
