Job summary
We are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator in our North East and Yorkshire region, to work as part of our innovative School of Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation. The role will enable the successful candidates to work as part of the team to support pharmacy education reforms, and on a number of well-established work streams within the Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation workforce transformation agenda in the North East and Yorkshire.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an experienced administrator to work with the Business Leads, Senior Project Officer and existing team to support the infrastructure to provide a comprehensive administrative function to ensure a consistent and integrated approach to developing education and training, across sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality support for workstreams across the North East and Yorkshire.
Applicants should be experienced administrators. Prior experience in a health/social care environment or in education/ delivering training will be useful, however not essential as full training will be provided. The applicant should be able to work to a high standard, working both independently but also liaising with others in the team and be able to travel within region.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.
Staff recruited from outside the NHS will usually be appointed at the bottom of the pay band.

Applicants will commence at the bottom of Band 3 with a full-time starting salary of £24, salaries are offered in accordance with NHS Terms and Conditions and the NHS England Pay Progression Policy and are subject to annual cost of living review.
