Our client is a major player within a dynamic and high-profile industry who have seen sustained growth and now need to recruit an additional team member.

You will be a smart, self motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to build a career with a company who are passionate about promotion from within.

Main Responsibilities:

- Create & Maintain worksheets/spreadsheets to organise your work stream
- processing work orders for installation crews with regard to maintenance work
- Occasional customer contact
- Printing project paperwork including RAMS
- Provide administrative support to project teams and managers
- Prepare and distribute project-related documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain project files and documentation in an organized manner
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements for project team members
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries related to projects
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Our client is offering an attractive salary of up to £27,000.00 depending on experience. Free on site parking, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays after two years of service, your birthday off, free eye tests, free financial advice and fish and chip fridays

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
