About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team at NHS England in the North East and Yorkshire region. As a key member of our School of Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our innovative work streams.

Main Responsibilities

As a Project Administrator, you will work closely with the Business Leads, Senior Project Officer, and existing team members to provide administrative support and ensure a consistent and integrated approach to developing education and training across sectors. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality support for workstreams across the North East and Yorkshire region.
  • Maintaining project documentation and ensuring accurate records.
  • Coordinating meetings and events, and facilitating effective communication among team members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a health or social care environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse audiences.
  • A high level of organization and time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • A strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection legislation, including information governance.
