Executive Administration Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a 9-month contract as our Executive Administration Lead, with potential for extension.
This position plays a crucial role in supporting our team at RBA, one of the leading QS firms in Leeds, covering projects nationwide from residential to large-scale commercial builds and developments.
As Executive Administration Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office, maintaining high standards of working culture and environment within the construction industry.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in administrative leadership roles.
We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with your experience, with an estimated range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and background.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to senior management
- Manage daily operations, including staff coordination and resource allocation
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Foster a positive working environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a similar role
- Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
