IFA / Client Support Administrator

As a key member of our team at Aspire Executive Search, we are seeking an experienced IFA Support Administrator to join our growing wealth management business in the West Yorkshire area.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to progress in the Financial Services arena, particularly for individuals who are client-orientated and looking to advance their careers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our advisers and clients, liaising with product providers to ensure timely and accurate responses, and sending Letters of Authority and gathering accurate information.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with advisers and clients to deliver exceptional support and service
- Liaising with product providers to ensure seamless communication and accurate responses
- Preparing and sending Letters of Authority and gathering relevant information
- Obtaining illustrations and application forms as required
- Producing portfolio valuations to support client needs
- Providing a friendly and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and support the needs of the business
- Desire to progress and develop skills in the financial services industry
