**Location**: Morley, Leeds

**Purpose of your role**:
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Printing all Health and Safety Files and Operations and Maintenance Manuals
- Prepare and print site files
- Printing of all Design Drawings and other ad-hoc requests including laminating
- Liaising with team of Project Managers and Wider Projects Team to ensure deadlines are met
- Following up on outstanding Tasks and Documents to assist Compliance and Administration Manager in completing O&M Manuals for Clients
- Stationary and equipment ordering and monitoring of existing equipment
- New starter administration
- Travel and Accommodation booking for projects team
- Maintain and create project folders on One Drive to ISO standard. Ensure folders are kept tidy and contain relevant documents.
- Refrigerant Recording
- Projects Finance via Sage System. Maintaining Project Records and setting up new project codes.
- Prepare Client Information for Reporting
- Help Maintain Projects Calendar and Notify of Meetings
- Help maintain Project Workload Tracker
- Use of Client Portals and maintenance including setting up new users, uploading and downloading relevant documentation, accepting orders.
- Answering Telephone and directing enquiries to relevant people
- Preparing Monthly Updates
- Timesheets approval for projects department for financial tracking
- Holiday cover within the administration team
- Assist in Company social media
- Support Compliance and Administration Manager in ad-hoc tasks and wider team if needed

There will be the opportunity to expand the role further and take on more responsibilities.

**Skill Set, Qualifications and Experience**
- Experience in a similar role (at least 12 months office experience is essential)
- Ability to multitask and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent attention to detail and forward thinking.
- High output of work to an excellent standard.
- Team working as well as working under own initiative.
- Proven excellent customer service skills, recognized qualifications are desirable.
- Sage 200 Experience - Not essential
