Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our office team as an Administrative Assistant. Krimpterm Ltd is a family run business with a small office team that work closely together.
The administrative assistant will be required to:
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the sales co-ordinators and the wider office
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping
The Administrative Assistant will need to have good organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. Being proficient with computers and having a good attention to detail for accurate data entry is key.
