Administration Assistant

Our client is a well established professional services business based on the outskirts of Leeds city centre. The business is extremely employee focused with a small company ethic. Due to growth they now have a requirement to recruit an Administration Assistant.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a role that is varied. It would be great for someone looking to develop their career in an office role.

Requirements for the role of Administration Assistant:

- Great attention to detail
- Organised
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Can do attitude
- Able to use your own initiative
- Team player

Your duties and responsibilities as Administration Assistant will include:
Admin
- Supporting the office manager
- Maintaining holiday and sickness logs
- Assisting with marketing activities
- Procurement of office items

Office Reception
- Visitors: greeting, making drinks, providing lunches, etc.
- Answering the phone & gatekeeping
- Handling the post & couriers
- Ensuring meeting rooms are presentable
- Keeping the office tidy in general

Events

Organisation of the following:

- Company weekends
- Meetings
- Team socials / ad-hoc events
- Christmas party
- Summer BBQ

**Benefits**:

- Salary £18,000 - £22,000
- 25 days holiday + bank hols
