LOCATION : Villiers House - Isle of Man
HOURS: Full Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

We are looking for a self-motivated, customer service professional with a strong credit background within the Crown Dependencies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large number of client relationships, the day-to-day contact for customers’ including new business enquiries and the analysis of lending & credit facilities across a breadth of business banking relationships and sectors.
Role responsibilities include:
Experience in overseeing the credit management of the BB portfolio, with guidance from senior colleagues, developing and delivering lending solutions and solving complex issues to meet customer service standards. Working with ARMs to ensure smooth operational running of the BB desk on a day-by-day basis, reacting to changing priorities and circumstances to ensure client needs are met. Ability to manage relationships with important internal stakeholders to ensure the team is set up for success across the Islands Working within current standard compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and reports simple non-compliance issues. Assists with progressing and assessing new lending enquiries and collaborating closely with other colleagues on the team. Carrying out daily procedural tasks to support management of external and internal client relationshipsPlease note this role is only available for individuals residing in, or to those who hold right to work permits for Isle of Man.
