About This Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team at Lloyds Banking Group. In this role, you will support teams across the bank in agile coaching, driving effectiveness, efficiency, and predictability to deliver value to customers and colleagues at pace.

Responsibilities:

  • Use your experience in product delivery and customer-centric value hypothesis to empower and drive mindset and culture change across the labs.
  • Understand data and insights and use it to problem-solve and support Lab performance and productivity to drive lab cadence and data quality.
  • Be jointly responsible for the performance of the lab, including data quality, optimising flow of work, Lab topology, and agile practices.
  • Support colleagues within your lab and platform to implement and refine agile practices, using experience, data, and relevant business knowledge.
  • Put your expertise in different agile approaches into practice and use your own judgement to decide when and where to apply them, whilst ensuring they are embedded throughout.
  • Use your knowledge in Agile Methodology and Tooling to stand up new agile teams, providing coaching and advice and sharing experience on the most appropriate methods and tools to use for the specific work required.
