MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

Product Management & Operations Support Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business data (Orders/ Quotes/ Revenue/ Margin vs Annual Plans etc) and design appropriate analytic models to support monitoring business objectives.
  • Working with global finance Teams and Project Managers to capture monthly reporting business needs/requirements.
  • Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards that will include key business KPIs to enable data-driven business decisions.
  • Create Dashboards and Presentation reports to allow for rapid repeatability of data for strategic and Senior Leadership Team reviews.
  • Understand critical data sources (ERP, IT Systems and Finance Database) to enable validation of monthly reporting outputs to Operational and Product Management Teams.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage concurrent projects, demonstrate initiative, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Coordinate Monthly Data uploads, ensuring data quality and drive process changes to ensure business continuous improvement.
  • Support global IT tool development, launch and integration across all product lines.
  • Work with IT and Finance Subject Matter experts to define, develop and continuously improve tool ease of use for all stakeholders.
  • Provide training on reporting tools as required.

 

Install Base Responsibility

  • Tactical
    • Ownership for Install Base PBI Dashboard and Tools data integrity.
    • Manage and refine process of quarterly uploads from various ERPs to ensure Install Base Captured
    • Working with service operations locations and sales – to maintain, refresh and improve data quality to facilitate increased capture rate on historical client sales locations.
    • Support Commercial with appropriate data extracts and reporting.
    • Provide periodic management reports to show trends and current state of installed base entitlement valuation and appropriate capture rate %.
  • Strategic & Development
    • Support development & maintain Installed Base Tool roadmap to provide short to long term vision of how tool will support Celeros’ global strategy
    • Refinement & Optimization of Entitlement Tool Options and valuation models
    • Define and implement interfaces to support greater user interaction to add and update both CFT & 3rd party assets. 
    • Enable and oversee the recording of maintenance schedules by site, asset or client – providing proactive alerts dependent on age, product type and prior maintenance history

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Technical Skills

  • Ability to process large volumes of data to create valuable information for decision making purposes.
  • Expert Power BI Skills
  • Expert Excel Skills
  • Expert Power Point Presentation Skills
  • Knowledge of analytical (e.g. Database) table structures and query development
  • Experience with ERP’s, particularly SAP.
  • Understanding of data table relationships
  • Advanced PowerQuery knowledge
    • Linking data sources through Sharepoint/MS Teams
    • Connecting to databases
    • Transforming data
  • Basic SQL knowledge (preferable but not mandatory)
  • An understanding & experience of Engineered to Order Service & parts organisations and operations
  • Expérience in Aftermarket within the Oil and Gas, Power or General Industrial sectors, particularly related to ETO Pumps & Valves
  • Working with IT ensuring data security including implementing appropriate access controls and data protection measures.

 

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization principles.
  • Ability to identify and drive process improvements within a matrix structure
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with people at different levels throughout an organization.
  • Must be effective at managing multiple tasks, strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with the capacity to quickly adapt to unforeseen work demands.
  • Experience of acting as an interface between IT & Commercial functions.
  • Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices for Power BI and other analytical tools to leverage them effectively.
