Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Analyst to join our Service Development team in Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will support the Service Development Manager in driving business improvement and delivering high-quality services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Research
Conduct in-depth data analysis and research to identify areas for improvement, best practices, and opportunities for business growth. Present findings and make recommendations for business change to senior stakeholders.
Project ManagementSupport the Service Development Manager in managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget adherence. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
Stakeholder EngagementLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Support the review of key business issues and provide advice on potential opportunities and outcomes.
Process ImprovementSupport the testing and implementation of new processes and procedures, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. Review and update relevant policies, procedures, and system/intranet information to ensure compliance and best practices.
Business ImprovementSupport business improvement projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget adherence. Identify and implement opportunities for business growth and improvement, leveraging data analysis and research to inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business operations, service development, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products and experience with project management tools and methodologies.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £35,137 per annum, rising to £36,986 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave (rising to a maximum of 30 days), a pension scheme with employer contributions, life assurance, and employee advice services.
