Business Office Senior Analyst

At Aerovent Fan Company, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Business Office Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our business operations team, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and implementing ERP solutions that enhance our functional business areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process Improvement and ERP Implementation: Partner with business areas to provide subject matter expertise and support process improvements through ERP enhancements.
  2. Business Requirements Documentation: Work with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for ERP enhancement projects.
  3. Business Process Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements and business process flows in designing and preparing new systems or solutions.
  4. Research and Analysis: Conduct research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within or outside the business unit, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible.
  5. Impact Analysis: Analyze the impact of proposed solutions across the business and develop use cases to explain and/or demonstrate business requirements and specifications to the IT team.
  6. Project Management: Gather lessons learned and obtain final project approval from sponsor and stakeholders.
  7. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of ERP solutions.
  8. Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to ERP implementation and management.
Qualifications:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology discipline or related field.
  2. Experience: 7+ years experience as an ERP Business Analyst role or above.
  3. ERP Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics.
  4. Business Operations: Detailed understanding of business operations and accounting principles within an ERP manufacturing environment.
  5. Project Participation: Successful project participation in major ERP upgrades or implementations.
  6. Communication Skills: Effective written, communication skills and demonstrated success in various project methodologies.
  7. Business Partnerships: Experience working with business partners and supporting tasks across multiple projects.
