Therole:

As anEngineering Administrator -Production, you will be located within ProductionEngineering and required to work collaboratively with with Design,Production, Procurement, Workshop Management, Shopfloor staff andQuality Co-ordinator to help achieve efficient production andfiling of QA documentation.

As the Engineering Administrator, you are taskedto deliver administrative duties of monitoring and acting onProduction Engineering and Workshop Transmittal email inboxes. Akey part of the role will be Printing, stamping and collatingproduction drawings, creating & populating Exported BOMs,checking/creating Workshop Travellers and Work Packs, assistingProduction Engineers as and when required withsupplier/procurement/design/workshop enquiries or queries, andPurchase Requests. Assisting with implementation of the new Wrikesoftware system and then carrying out some of the above tasks onWrike.

The EngineeringAdministrator will work closely with the Workshop department toconvert Plant Manager transmittals into Travellers and sensechecking detail, entering on Traveller Register, adding Travellersto Workshop Schedules and Live Teams Traveller site, maintainingTraveller Register, liaising with Workshop Supervisors to closejobs, and update schedules and ensure that all materialcertificates and QA Packs have been correctly referenced and filed.Assisting with implementation of the new Wrike software system andthen carrying out some of the above tasks onWrike.

Fugro arelooking for an Engineering Administrator that comes from anEngineering, Industrial, Production or Mechanicalbackground.

Working in a fastpaced environment, strong MS Office skills, eagerness to learn anddevelop skills and having a strong attention to detail iskey.
