They are looking for a dedicated Sales Administrator to start as soon as possible to work alongside the sales team, supporting them with their administrative needs and providing efficient, administrative processes. This role would suit an experienced administratorwho is professional and is used to a fast-paced environment, applicants with a background in yachting and brokerage experience that have a particular passion for the Marine Industry.

**Salary**:£23,000-£27,000 per annum, depending on experience

**Hours of Work**:40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

**Contract Type**:Full Time, Permanent

**Sales Administrator Duties**:

- Keep the Sales folder on the internal system (ACT) updated with all information required for replying to enquiries
- Keep up to date with the Production Schedule for current/future builds and delivery dates and maintain from the information provided by the Production Director
- Update Contracts/Specifications/Price Lists regularly
- Update Australia with changes in specification and price/available build slots
- Regular updates of the TheYachtMarket & Cockwells website of boat specs changes
- Being a professional, informative contact for both internal and external customers
- Logging customer information and specific bespoke boat orders precisely and efficiently
- Load enquiries into ACT and ensure all fields are correctly filled for future searches
- Reply to the enquires, providing brochure/price lists/drawings/delivery times
- Ensure outgoing replies have been captured by ACT
- Liaise with the Marketing team at least 4 months in advance of any Marketing Events
- Create mailing lists from ACT that are specific to your target audience
- If client boats are used in Social Media posts ensure they have had a copy of any photos/video before it goes live
- Identify which boats we would like to exhibit and then ask the owners permission - ensuring production that boats will be ready
- Assist in creating a board report and presenting that information

**Sales Administrator Requirements**:

- Professional manner on the phone and in person
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced administrative role
- Be able to work under pressure, to prioritise own workload
- Not to be intimidated by clients high - end clients
- Competent in using Excel and delivering reports in an efficient and timely manner

**Desirable**:

- Experience using ACT, (Internal Database)
- Fluent in French/Spanish/German
- Have previous experience working in Yachting/Brokerage
