As our new EHS Training Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring all Watson-Marlow Limited sites meet their legal, statutory and moral EHS obligations, in collaboration with all areas of our global Supply and Group teams.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for planning, implementing and recording all EHS training. A key part of your role will be in the sourcing, selecting and approving EHS Training Service Providers, and working with the wider EHS team to bring training events to life.

As a proactive member of the EHS team, you will be central to the business reaching Group EHS KPIs and achieving compliance for WML sites through the provision of identified internal and external training.

As part of your wider EHS remit, you will also support the EHS team with general coordination and administration tasks as required, such as the administration of our Eco-online SAFE system, ISO Management Systems, outgoing communications, meeting agendas and minutes, and reporting.

Of course, there’s more to it than that. It’s a small, busy team which will require a flexible and positive approach to your daily workload.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Business Administration, or equivalent qualification, or experience.
- Highly developed IT skills including MS Office (in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio) and ISO Systems.
- The experience to successfully manage an array of internal and external stakeholders, to ensure EHS training is delivered to a high-standard, consistently and on time.
- The ability to confidently communicate EHS information and data, with clear purpose.
- Some experience of researching, sourcing and coordinating external training providers.
- The emotional intelligence to be an visible advocate of our core values.Closing date: Wednesday 15th February
