Therole:
TheMarine Geotechnical Operational Support Coordinator is a new andexciting role within Fugro. The role is based in our FalmouthCornwall Office. This role will support the Marine GeotechnicalBusiness Unit with administration of site records, managetimesheets and expenses for field staff, liaise with the trainingdepartment for site staff training, field staff information. Therole will entail the successful candidate to manage the supply ofFugro marine drills spares as requested from Fleet Service,Drill/Vessel performance monitoring, purchase orders, hirerequests, material logistic support. This role the MarineGeotechnical Operations support Coordinator role will be vital toensure the offshore marine geotechnical drilling operations areadequately resourced in line with company processes and procedures.This would include ensuring training records are maintained,training is booked, and personnel coordinated to receive trainingas required.

TheMarine Geotechnical Operation Support coordinator role is ideal foran experienced and organised administrator, or senioradministrator, that has vast experience of working acrossdepartments., The role will entail a variety of tasks, includingreporting, coordination of requests for quotes, and purchaseorders, costs/budgets monitoring, Pricing and Estimating,procurement, invoicing, and logistics knowledge. It is imperativethe successful applicant has high communication standards with theability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Thisrole will be good for someone from an industrial, construction orgeotechnical background looking for the next step in their careeror looking for a new challenge. The role will be for someone thatthrives from organisation planning and problem solving. Working asa team is an integral part of the role. The Marine GeotechnicalOperations Support Coordinator will be working onshore in Falmouth.With the service line managers, along with supply chainpersonnel.
