Job Title: Marine Geotechnical Operational Support Coordinator

Fugro NL Services B.V. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marine Geotechnical Operational Support Coordinator to join our team in Falmouth, Cornwall. As a key member of our Marine Geotechnical Business Unit, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our field staff, managing site records, and coordinating logistics for our marine geotechnical drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site records, including timesheets and expenses for field staff
  • Liaise with the training department for site staff training and field staff information
  • Coordinate the supply of Fugro marine drills spares as requested from Fleet Service
  • Monitor drill/vessel performance and manage purchase orders, hire requests, and material logistics support
Requirements:
  • Experience in administration or a related field, preferably in an industrial or construction environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
