We are currently recruiting a project clerk to assist the project manager(s) and engineers in the development and administration of project related activities and provide secretarial and administrative support.

The successful applicant will have excellent IT skills and demonstrate a proactive, right first time approach to a multitude of different tasks. A professional telephone manner is required, along with an ability to achieve tasks in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**

The main duties include:

- Performing general administrative tasks and support for the project and operations teams
- Liaising with Suppliers
- Preparation of requisitions and purchase orders on the electronic procurement system
- Checking goods inwards are compliant with orders, quality, environmental and safety requirements and liaison with the respective project engineers.
- Assist with arranging/checking hired goods (internal and external hire) and that they are compliant with orders, quality, environmental and safety requirements
- Assisting in preparing and compiling information and reference material from various sources including project closedown and asset management records
- Assist with the production and distribution of operation & maintenance manuals, CDM Compliance material, product manuals etc.
- Printing of drawings and specifications - as required
- Compiling job files, safety files and work packs - as required
- Performing other duties as required by the supervisor(s).

GCSE's at grade C or above or equivalent in both Maths and English desired. Salary will be accordance with government guidelines and experience.

You’ll be working in our head office in Falmouth. We do require you to hold a full UK driving license.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
