An exciting development opportunity has arisen for an Administrator role within the within the ASR Divisional Administration Team at the West Midlands Rehabilitation Centre.
The post holder will be required to work weekdays and will need to be flexible with the working hours to ensure the office is covered during core office hours.
The successful candidates will need excellent communication and IT skills with a flexible approach to work that will meet the ever changing needs of the Service. In addition, successful candidates must work well as part of a team, be self-motivated and able to prioritise their workload.
Main duties of the job
The Administrator post will work be responsible for providing a comprehensive administration support service including day to day administration of completing Subject Access Requests (SARs) received within the Division.

The West Midlands Rehabilitation Centre provides a range of services for people in the West Midlands to assist them in managing their disabilities. The Service is for people with physical, cognitive, emotional and social disabilities. Relevant experience in an administrative support role Experience of using MS packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience of maintaining office systems, including filing, ordering and recording information Experience of co-ordinating diaries and arranging meetings Experience of providing meeting support, minutes, agenda's etc.

Experience working in the NHS or public sector
