This role is to manage our student helpdesk, ensuring pupils gain access to support services throughout the school day. Working with our high quality administrative provision by being the Lead First Aider across the school.

We are looking for candidates with experience of working in a fast paced customer-facing role, ideally within an educational setting although this is not essential. The ideal candidate will be confident, resilient and able to respond calmly under pressure.
