Job Description

Join our team and you’ll be responsible for overseeing and optimising all aspects of sales enablement activities within the UK Sales organisation. This would involve a combination of strategic planning, training, content development, technology implementation, and performance analysis to support the sales team in achieving their targets and maximising revenue generation. 

Working in the sales enablement department, you will play a pivotal role in equipping the sales team with the tools, resources, and training needed to drive success. You'll collaborate closely with various departments to develop and implement strategies, measure their effectiveness through data-driven insights, and continuously refine processes to ensure alignment with commercial goals.

You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody. 

Your responsibilities:

Develop and imbed a robust sales enablement strategy that aligns with Stepstones commercial goals in the UK. Develop a data-driven approach to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and track key performance indicators.  Define the core sales message, value proposition, and competitive differentiation for the company across various customer segments. Cooperate cross-functionally with our Marketing & Prod/Tech teams to develop and maintain a library of sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials that empower the sales team to be more effective. Create and oversee sales training programme to ensure that sales representatives and sales leaders have the knowledge and skills required to excel.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales and sales enablement-focused roles or consulting roles focussed on revenue acceleration.  Strong understanding of sales methodologies, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.  Excel in creating sales collateral, playbooks, training modules, and other resources to support the sales team. Have a track record of driving sales enablement initiatives across different customer segments and industry verticals. Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement programmes and make data-driven improvements. Proven leadership skills in managing a sales enablement team, setting clear objectives, and providing coaching and mentorship.
