Director - Solution Sales Execution

As Director of Solution Sales Execution, you will be a driving force in LSEG’s transition to a solution selling. We are seeking someone who sets a high bar for the quality of their work and at their core strives to make a positive and measurable impact across the sales organisation.
- The primary focus will be to support the Solution Business Directors and Account Management teams with go to market activities and thought leadership to help them uncover opportunities and strengthen customer relationships, as we pivot to be a solution sales minded organisation..
- To support these ambitions, you will lead a small team which includes a presentation designer and the Sales Enablement lead for Product Lifecycle Management.
- What you’ll be doing:

- You will be accountable to develop strategies in collaboration with Customer Strategy & Sales Execution. This may be user case/case studies or more complex end-to-end programs requiring cross functional engagement (e.g, Marketing, Business, etc), or sales playbooks by customer types.- Define and implement enablement strategies for solution sales campaigns, including our cross-business plays and customer plays - orient plans by role with clear expectations for delivery and enablement.-
- Collaborate with Customer Strategy leads, learning and metrics to define priorities and support engagement-
- Lead and Inspire the Account Manager Community-
- With Hypergrowth in mind, Equip the sales team with the necessary ‘tools’ - insights, use cases and data - to effectively and successfully engage customers to uncover opportunities.-
- Lead and support the global Sales Acceleration Summit-
- Sophisticated senior Stakeholder Management to support One LSEG ambitions.-
- Oversee the Product Lifecycle Management process within SAM.Who are we looking for?- Experience in a sales role with a deep understanding of the challenges of meeting customers’ needs across various business lines, B2B account management experience in the financial services sector is preferred, not essential-
- Thought leader within the financial services sector; You will bring an outsider perspective to the role-
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the customer buying journey, personas and customer communities we serve-
- Ability to lead and inspire a small team-
- Outstanding communicator and influencer with the ability to operate, and collaborate with stakeholders across a global, matrix environment-
- Be able to story tell, ability to articulate information in a way that is engaging and captivating for sales organisation to digest-
- Excellent communication skills with a 'flexible professional attitude'-
- Proactive in bringing the right people together to leverage expertise and thinking from across the organisation in order to achieve great results-
