Property Administrator

At KFH the administrators in our build to rent division support the property management and block management team allowing everyone to provide high quality customer service. We’re looking for someone with previous property administration experience, to offer excellent communication to our on-site teams and clients. This role is based at London Bridge on a fixed term contract of 6 months.

You will report to our Head of Asset Management.
Responsibilities of a property administrator include:
- Manage and maintain the maintenance management platform
- Work alongside property managers and leasing managers on termination notices to initiate checkout processes
- Provide written references for tenants when requested by landlords or estate agents
- Keep the internal databases up to date with key records
- Coordinate utility updates and works orders on behalf of the Block Management team
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Manage the office email and voicemail accounts
