**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Operations**:

- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- **Documentation and Filing**:

- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
- Manage property listings, contracts, and other essential documents.
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- **Client Support**:

- Assist clients with general inquiries, providing information on available properties, services, and processes.
- Schedule property viewings, meetings, and appointments.
- Facilitate communication between clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
- **Database Management**:

- Update and maintain the client database with accurate information.
- Assist in the input of property details, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Office Logistics**:

- Coordinate office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences.
- **Collaboration with Agents**:

- Work closely with estate agents to provide administrative support in the preparation of contracts, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the sales and leasing teams to ensure seamless operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with real estate industry practices is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

**Salary**: £18,134.81-£25,000.00 per year
