**Busy Administrator role supporting Head of Business Development and growing team within large professional services company in the city.**

**Salary** is £27,000 - £30,000 + fantastic benefits package, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.

**Hybrid/Flexible working**:

- 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

35-hour week 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

**Administrator role**:

- Providing administration support to the Business Development Managers for their client pitches and tenders
- Booking meetings on behalf of team members
- Updating the department’s tender Excel status spreadsheet
- Updating the department’s tender content library
- Liaising with Partners regarding tender wins and/or losses
- Updating the team’s Intranet with new client win and team/department news
- Proof reading tenders and documents
- Producing monthly reports in Word, Excel, and PDF
- Providing administration support to the teams’ projects
- General administration duties - filing, photocopying, scanning

**Administrator profile**:

- Previous administration experience including Receptionist/Administrator or other administration experience
- Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, prioritising and time management skills
- Excellent attention to details and high levels of accuracy
- Enthusiastic, positive with a "Can-Do" flexible approach
- Good team player
- Proactive and able to demonstrate initiative.
- MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
