Responsibilities

  • Prepare data for monthly payroll
  • Ensure data is always up to date on all relevant systems and reports are correct.
  • Ensure compliance to core people processes.
  • Note taking in Employee Relations Meetings
  • Answer colleague questions relating to HR policies and ‘how we do things’.
  • Support managers to ensure compliance to processes.
  • Advise managers in ER cases including performance management, absence, disciplinary and grievance.
  • Appropriately escalate to HRBP.
  • Become the UK expert for our systems including ‘Workday’
  • To be a ‘HR Ambassador’ who builds trusting working relationships with colleagues.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong HR knowledge with proven HR Administration experience. 
  • Advisory (disciplinary, grievance, policy etc) experience is an advantage. 
  • You will need a full driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
  • Flexibility, courage to stand your ground and the ability to adapt your style to the audience.
