Responsibilities

- Support managers to ensure complianceto processes.
- Advise managers in ER casesincluding performance management, absence, disciplinary andgrievance.
- Appropriately escalate toHRBP.
- Become the UK expert for our systemsincluding ‘Workday’
- To be a ‘HR Ambassador’who builds trusting working relationships withcolleagues.
Skills andQualifications:
- Strong HR knowledge with provenHR Administration experience.
- Advisory(disciplinary, grievance, policy etc) experience is anadvantage.
- You will need a fulldriving licence and the right to work in the UK.
- Flexibility, courage to stand your ground andthe ability to adapt your style to the audience.
