Talent Onboarding & Experiences Coordinator

Hybrid – Swindon or London

Salary – £27,000 to £32,000 + Bonus


As a Talent Onboarding & Experiences Coordinator at Edenred, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for new employees, managing contract generation and pre-employment checks, and delivering a comprehensive onboarding program. You'll be the friendly face that ensures our new employees have an amazing transition into our awesome organisation

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Generation and Pre-Employment Checks:

Collaborate with HR and Hiring Managers to generate employment contracts accurately and efficiently. Coordinate and monitor the completion of pre-employment checks, including background checks, reference checks, and any other necessary verifications. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies throughout the onboarding process. Maintain the HRIS (Workday) system, adding candidate details, creating requisitions, and working with Talent Acquisition to make sure data is correct and reportable. General administration tasks, on an ad hoc basis

Onboarding Program Delivery and Growth:

Develop and deliver an engaging and comprehensive onboarding program that aligns with Edenred's values, culture, and goals. Coordinate with various departments to schedule and facilitate onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, training programs, and introductions to key stakeholders. Continuously improve the onboarding process based on feedback and industry best practices to enhance the new hire experience.

First-Class Employee Experience:

Serve as a main point of contact for new hires, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding journey. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of new employees into their respective teams and the broader organisation. Gather feedback from new hires to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in HR, onboarding, or talent acquisition roles. Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and engage with stakeholders at all levels. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment. Experience with using an HRIS (preferably WorkDay) Solutions focused with the ability to be adaptable and responsive to varying challenges
