We are a business-focused technology consultancy with a difference: we get things done. Our approach combines innovative thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring tangible results at every stage. As a team of pragmatic delivery experts, we’re committed to driving incremental business benefits throughout each engagement.
What sets us apart is our strong sense of empathy and emotional intelligence. We foster a positive, collaborative working environment, working alongside your team to deliver genuine value—rather than simply “doing to.”
Our commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles drives every decision we make. We work hard to minimise our environmental footprint, cultivate an inclusive and diverse workplace, and uphold the highest standards of governance.
We are growing, and we want to grow even faster. But this can only happen by employing the best talent in the market, and people that have our DNA and are always putting our customers first.
The role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious growth plans by leading the expansion of our permanent team. Your focus will be on developing and executing a robust recruitment strategy that aligns with our business objectives, ensuring we attract top-tier talent across various IT disciplines.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong background in IT recruitment, ideally within a consultancy environment. The perfect candidate will have a proven track record of success in similar roles at their current or previous organisations.
This role goes beyond traditional IT recruitment. We’re looking for someone with robust internal recruitment and talent acquisition expertise, focused on building and promoting our employer brand and culture. It’s about recruiting individuals who will excel in our unique environment and helping to shape a thriving internal culture.
Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker capable of designing and executing a comprehensive recruitment plan to support the significant growth plans for our permanent team, over the next three years. You are passionate about finding top talent, creating exceptional induction programs, and fostering employee engagement. With outstanding communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in driving our company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to support the significant growth of our permanent team over the next 3 years.
- Identify key hiring needs and priorities based on business goals and workforce planning.
- Utilise market insights and trends to inform recruitment strategies and stay competitive in attracting top talent.
2) Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing offers.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods, networking, and partnerships.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, reflecting our company values and culture.
3) Induction and Engagement Programs:
- Design and implement a best-in-class induction and onboarding program to integrate new hires seamlessly into our organisation.
- Collaborate with HR and department leaders to create engaging orientation sessions that educate new hires on our business, culture, and expectations.
- Continuously improve and evolve induction processes based on feedback and industry best practices.
4) Employer Branding and Employee Engagement:
- Enhance our employer brand through targeted marketing initiatives, social media presence, and participation in industry events.
- Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive initiatives that foster a positive work environment and a strong sense of belonging among employees.
5) Data-Driven Insights and Reporting:
- Utilise data analytics and metrics to track recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on recruitment metrics, trends, and successes to the senior management team.
Experience required:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar role within the IT industry, ideally within a consultancy environment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies to effectively assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruitment strategies that drive growth and meet business objectives.
- Experience in designing and delivering effective induction and engagement programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Why join us?
Joining our team means working with the most knowledgeable and dynamic people in our industry.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a successful, rapidly growing organisation at a point where you can make a real difference. Every day is different, every challenge unique. You will be able to apply intellect, experience and inventiveness to shape the way in which we achieve our ongoing growth plans.
We offer a competitive salary package, comprehensive benefits, and flexible working arrangements to support your well-being and work-life balance.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to grow with us, advancing your career as we expand our permanent team. We are committed to your professional development and offer continuous learning opportunities to help you achieve your career goals.
We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of race, gender, disability, or background.
