My client operates a portfolio of stunning London restaurants and is seeking an Operations Director with an unquestionable passion for and grounding in quality hospitality operations.

The Opportunity

As Operations Director for this multi-site premium business, you will have product and service at the forefront of your strategy. You will engage and lead a team of high performing General Managers, each focused on delivering operational excellence and consistently outstanding guest experiences. You will be a hands-on and visible leader, with a high level of impact on the day-to-day. You will also have the ability to step back and build strategies to ensure future success and growth.

The Candidate

You must have experience at Operations Director/Head of Operations level in a multi-site premium hospitality business, where service is at the heart of the agenda. You’ll be commercially astute and understand the levers to deliver great results. Guest obsessed, you’ll be ambitious and committed to continually moving forward. An engaging and inspirational leader, you will ensure your teams are aligned with business objectives and share in your relentless passion for excellence.
