Your Role



We are seeking a confident, personable, and
guest-focused individual with the drive, commitment, and attention to detail
necessary to deliver exceptional events. The candidate will collaborate with
the Head of Visitor Attraction to enhance the overall events experience, from
planning itineraries that align with seasonal estate themes to coordinating
seamlessly with various departments to ensure a consistent guest experience.
This role encompasses project management and concept delivery through to execution.
Additionally, a key focus for this role will be the operational delivery of our
Great Garden Escape Experience (GGE), which runs from May to September and
offers a world-class day visit to The Newt from London Paddington.



Key Responsibilities



  • Build relationships with local
    suppliers and partners to develop our offering.
  • Over deliver guest
    expectations – you’ll go above and beyond to make their trip memorable
  • Keep records and reports to
    ensure programmes and guest history are managed effectively
  • Fostering great working
    relationships with all other departments on the estate to enhance the guests’
    visit
  • Maintain financial awareness
    and understanding of how the role impacts on the business

    handling group tour or excursions with related responsibilities.

Where you’ll be working



Our events team play an
incredibly diverse role across the Estate, with no two weeks the same. From
planning and running workshops for our members, to large seasonal estate events,
such as our annual Wassail and Fire night, which are created for the enjoyment
of all of employees and friends of the estate, to then creating private event
experiences and concepts for guest celebrations.
