Role Overview
As a Welcome Host, you will serve as the initial and final point of contact for our members, assisting and directing them to ensure they maximize their visit. Responsibilities may include greeting and processing visitors at the entrance, providing suggestions for their day, coordinating assistance for accessibility needs, or checking restaurant availability. This role requires a readiness to remain active and on your feet throughout your shift, alongside previous experience in high-quality customer service roles and exceptional communication skills.
