We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at The Botanical Rooms, a luxurious country estate in Somerset. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages to the highest standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
- Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12 for over 21s and £11 for under 21s, plus generous tronc and fantastic benefits.
