Job summary

An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Estates Scheduler to join ASPH.

Duties of the role include:

Assisting in the monitoring, planning, and scheduling both the PPM and reactive workloads for both in-house staff and Contractors. Support the administration and operation of the Computer Aided FacilitiesManagement (CAFM) system from an Operational MaintenancePerspective. Communicates plans, schedules, and customer requirements(predominantly clinical colleagues) - undertaking feedback and follow upchecks in line with agreed frequencies. Maintains a register of contracts / contractors - scheduling in regularmeetings between the estates management / supervisory staff and thesupply chain to discuss contractual, quality and service level provision andperformance. Works within departmental policies and procedures escalating to theEstates CAFM Scheduler where necessary. Management of orders on behalf of the estates engineering operationaldepartment. Covering Estates CAFM Schedulers leave.
