Become a part of the fast-paced Knowledge Management & Learning Digital Product Development team, within GSG Capabilities. To support the developments and global roll-out of an exciting and brand-new AI technology within American Express Servicing teams, Knowledge Assist, (KA). KA is a knowledge enabler AI service tool, which supports our front-line teams when servicing our card members, giving our colleagues instant access to information they need, when they need it. Leading the development of new features of the KA into it’s planned global roll-out to 35k front line colleagues.

Associate, Digital Product Management, working across Business and Technology teams to interpret business requirements into Agile Features for scrum teams to build and then implement. This requires breaking down the business requirement/business problem into what drives business value, identifying opportunities for transformation, assessing alternative solutions (particularly industry research), and clearly defining how the final deliverable meets the customer need and fits within the transaction processing lifecycle. The success of the role will depend upon the individual’s ability to analyze complex problems, build strong relationships, gather high quality business requirements, and focus on what delivers business value.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Drive the development of the features and capabilities through the global roll-out and beyond Support Senior Product Managers and wider program leading the Knowledge Assist Global roll-out Collaborate with business partners to understand and document business requirements, clarify development scope and associated business value, as well as dependencies  Analyze and document business processes and customer journeys Develop a technical understanding of the technical ecosystems supporting the Knowledge Assist

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly articulate complexities Experience of working within a dynamic and fast moving Agile Delivery Framework Experience eliciting, articulating and documenting business requirements Working in a deadline driven, delivery focused environment Strong verbal and written communication skills  Strong collaboration skills – ability to navigate cross functional teams to deliver on shared objectives High intellectual curiosity, with excellent creative and critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Driving results and collaborating in a cross-functional and global environment Flexibility in supporting various time zones, as this role supports global initiatives Creation and upkeep of features within Rally software Great interpersonal skills, building and leveraging relationships
