This exciting role is part of the Global Servicing Group within American Express. This team leads product development, design and deployment of various software and hardware products used internally by our Credit Specialists to provide outstanding service and account management to our customer to achieve their goals. In this role you will be responsible for executing use cases that support Credit Servicing Engine and Intuitive Servicing Portal, which is utilized across the Global Servicing Group. The Product Owner will serve as a key member of the AMP Capabilities team designing Credit Capabilities for our Credit and Collections development team(s), creating experiences that improve user experience and increase business productivity by strategically leveraging data and insight solutions.

**How will you make an impact in this role?**

Responsibilities include:

- Partnering with stakeholders across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
- Developing, owning, and executing the product roadmap.
- Driving the product’s functional and UX design process based on knowledge of the users and technology.
- Translating product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories and acceptance test criteria.
- Prioritizing and maintaining the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
- Collaborating with partner delivery teams to ensure integration of end-to-end delivery with multiple Product and Strategy teams.
- Coordinating communication, escalating, and facilitating resolution of risks, issues, and changes tied to the product backlog.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization to manage and prioritize product and platform release cycles and roadmap, leveraging an agile mindset and customer-first mentality.
- Working with engineering team to build and test digital products and features.
- Defining and executing go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing and sales have what they need to be successful.
- Developing and maintaining appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated skill in driving results and building / leveraging relationships; ability to navigate through a large organization and develop strong working relationships with business and technology areas.
- Significant successful project management experience, leading or supporting strategic capability and reengineering projects for cross-functional project teams.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and effectively and accurately communicate analysis results to the stakeholders, including deliverables, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple high-priority projects and meet schedules.
- Ability to work within a geographically dispersed project team, providing guidance, structure, and escalation when needed.
- Strong, proven experience with data analysis utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel or similar.
- Ability to Influence peers and leaders without direct authority.
- Possesses strong facilitation skills, with ability to influence and challenge traditional thinking. Also develop and deliver clear verbal and written communication that is audience appropriate for
