About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development of our iRefresh customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the expansion of our KYC Refresh product across international markets. You'll work closely with our product partners and stakeholders to deliver a seamless and secure customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of iRefresh customer journeys across Web, Mobile App, and Servicing Portals
  • Align requirements with market stakeholders and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with product and business partners to drive innovation and growth
  • Contribute to the product backlog and ensure engineering partners have the necessary detail
  • Participate in PI Planning and Agile practices to support effective product management
