As a Product Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our Financial Crimes Transformation program. You'll lead the delivery of new iRefresh journeys across international markets, ensuring seamless customer experiences across Web, Mobile App, and Servicing Portals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align requirements for iRefresh experiences with market stakeholders, understanding their current and future needs and in alignment to regulatory requirements & commitments
  • Collaborate with our product and business partners in the international markets and engineering teams, especially the Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions (EDDS) teams
  • Contribute to the product backlog at a capability level, ensuring our Engineering partners have requisite detail to interpret user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Participate fully in PI Planning in support of Agile and SAFe practices for effective Product Management in close partnership with our Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and Cross Platform and Delivery (CPD) teams, to support planning and execution across multiple platforms

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in the digital product management/ development or business analysis space
  • Self-starter who shows individual initiative, proactiveness and personal accountability
  • Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment often with significant ambiguity
