About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the iRefresh customer experience workstream. You'll be responsible for driving the expansion of iRefresh across international markets, collaborating with our product partners in Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions (EDDS) and business stakeholders in the markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of new iRefresh journeys in our Web, Mobile App, and Servicing Portals across international markets.
  • Align requirements for iRefresh experiences with market stakeholders, understanding their current and future needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with our product and business partners in international markets and engineering teams, especially the Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions (EDDS) teams.
  • Contribute to the product backlog at a capability level, ensuring our Engineering partners have requisite detail to interpret user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate fully in PI Planning in support of Agile and SAFe practices for effective Product Management in close partnership with our Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and Cross Platform and Delivery (CPD) teams.
